Jake popped in!

He wanted to surprise everyone so he didn't tell anyone when he was getting in.  All we knew was he needed to be home by Sept 24th for his bff's wedding, he's best man.

Happy Golden Birthday Christian! 14yo on the 14th!!

For dinner he ordered:

Homemade THICK crust sausage and pepperoni pizza with cheese-filled outer crust, homemade breadsticks, pork rinds and pop

I loved this gift from his friend, canned spray cheese and crackers!

New sheets to match his new Star Wars themed room,

and a Lego Darth Vader alarm clock

And a Nerf rifle

Soaking his toe (cuz he had a nailbed deadening procedure last week) while playing with his new toy soldiers.  In the canister were: English, Japanese, Germans and Americans.  He said he didn't previously have enough for a full war, now he does LOL

He had a great time :)

Finally, pictures of the kids' room makeovers

Sophie's room is obviously an undersea theme

She did all the drawings herself, and had been working on them for quite awhile before her room finally got painted.  The things on the walls of both kids' are wall decals, totally removable!

The closet curtain is actually a pair of shower curtains with a seashell theme, her garbage can matches

She even put some water bubbles on the ceiling, and a few fish too

Christian's room is Star Wars

These are nightlights that display the picture on the ceiling.  Christian's is the planets and Sophie's is an aquarium
