Pacific Islands meal
YUM! We love Core 5! We eat our way around the Eastern Hemisphere.
The first stop...
The Pacific Islands. This includes: Melonesia, Macronesia, Polynesia, Australia and New Zealand.
Today's meal included:
Philippines Punch
Island Beef
Polynesian Chicken and Rice
Lamingtons (Australia)
Sophie wantes to make Pavlova for New Zealand but I didn't want to do 2 desserts in one day.
