Sophie's Summer

First up, theater class.  Actually, she took 2 classes but only 1 had stuff we could take pictures of.  The 1st one was Improv Camp.  She LOVED learning that sort of thing!!  It was all 5 days one week, from 1p-4p.  The 2nd camp was Be Backstage.  They were the backstage crew for the high school performance class.  It was a Tu and Th plus M-Sa of the following week.  The Tu an Th and also the M-F was 1-4p as well as a performance later, and Saturday was another performance.  She stage manager for Friday and lights for Saturday.  Obviously we watched the Sa show... LOL

Art Camp: That was M-F from 1p-3:15p.  The first item was that the entire class put up this mosaic.

 She made 3 other items to take hom: a wire sculpture which was covered in nylons and painted; a mini mosaic (of a waterfall, with trees on both sides) and a painted cutting board.  The whole class also did another item which will be auctioned off for charity. She had fun!
